No. At this moment in time, creating an account and getting a basic level of business insights is completely free. Connecting your applications and accessing tailored funding options is also a free service.

At this point in time, we are working with lenders in the APAC region that are focused on alternative, revenue-based, flexible funding options that use data as leverage in the credit-decisioning process.

No. Using K6 Transmission to discover and explore your funding options does not affect your credit score and will not show up as an inquiry.

However, at the time of funding, some lenders do have the right to a hard pull but only at the time of funding.

The one-time government fee to incorporate your business in Hong Kong is $1870HKD. There are no additional service fees as we have waived our partner’s service fee.

However please note, to incorporate a business in Hong Kong you must have a company secretary and fees for this service depend on the number of shareholders of your company. Please see our pricing page for the Company Registration Bundle that starts from HK$3,300.

To register your new company, you will need to have some information handy.
Intended company name
which you can do a quick search through the Companies Registry to see if the name is in use or not.
Registered office address in Hong Kong
which our registered address & digital mailroom will cover you for if you are setting up from overseas or don't want to use your home address.
Director and shareholder information
which includes their full name, address and shareholding percentages.
