Dedicated to maintaining customer trust, we manage and handle our client data with utmost care. K6 Transmission do collect Personal Information and Business Information, allowing us to bring our Product and Services to our clients. This policy is to explain how and what client data we collect, how K6 Transmission will use the data and the rights our clients have on their data.

1. Data Collection

K6 Transmission collect data from clients and visitors when they visit our websites (including cookies - please refer to our Security and Cookies Policy document). We may collect client data from these channels:

When clients and guests visit our website (includes the use of cookies, please refer to our Security and Cookies Policy - link here), submit web forms, interact with us through any communication means or social media channels, or use our Products and Services
From third party sources, individuals, companies and ecosystem partners of K6 Transmission, with which we may offer our Product and Services, and or engage in joint marketing activities.

We do not intentionally collect Personal Information on children under the age of 18, if you believe that we have information of such, please contact us at privacy@k6transmission.fr We collect many types of data to ensure that we can offer the most comprehensive Product and Services for our clients. This includes:

Geographic and location data based on your mobile or other electronic devices
Personal Information from people who act on your behalf for the use of our Product and Services, to which clients have consented; and
Personal Information from public sources, debt collection, fraud prevention agencies and data aggregators, but only with client consent. However, we do not biometric data such as voice ID, thumb prints or facial recognition data.

2. Data Usage &Storage

K6 Transmission may combine collected data to generate new data about the client, these data will be used to help enhance our Product and Services for our clients. K6 Transmission may use Personal Information collected to:

For direct marketing purposes, we may share information on our Product and Services, offers provided by us or our partners with client consent;
For authentication purposes on K6 Transmission platform;
For regulatory, law and other requirement purposes, including our internal policy within or outside of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR);
For credit check via relevant credit agency (CRA)
For K6 Transmission’s business management purposes, including exercising legal rights; and
Other uses related to K6 Transmission’s business and any of the above with consent.

K6 Transmission has partnered with AWS to host and store client data in local and overseas cloud storage. Please refer to our Security and Cookies Policy document for further information (link here). Together with AWS, K6 Transmission adheres to relevant industry standards to ensure and protect client data.

3. Data Share

Only in very limited circumstances where K6 Transmission will share client data and in some situations, Personal Information with third party. These include:

Ecosystem third party partners (i.e. licensed money lenders or financial institutions) who provide products and services through or act on behalf of K6 Transmission; and
Law enforcement agencies, regulators, or authorities such as courts and governments.

4. Client Rights

Clients have full control on marketing preference, they may opt-out specific or all marketing-related communication from K6 Transmission at anytime.
